Own the full sales cycle for new management clients Respond to inbound leads and actively develop outbound opportunities Qualify owners hard (fit matters more than volume) Run discovery calls and property reviews Present management solutions clearly and honestly Close new management agreements Coordinate clean handoffs to onboarding Maintain accurate pipeline tracking (no ghost deals) You are not here to sell at all costs. You are here to bring the right doors into the business . What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: Consistent, qualified new doors under management Strong owner fit and long-term retention Clean pipelines and accurate forecasting Minimal friction with operations after the sale Trust from leadership because numbers are real Who This Is For This role is for someone who: Is comfortable selling professional services Can speak confidently with real estate investors Asks good questions and listens Understands that clarity beats charisma Respects systems and follows them Is accountable for results, not activity Who This Is NOT For This is not for someone who: Needs hype to sell Avoids structure or documentation Overpromises to close deals Blames the market when numbers miss Wants a relationship role with no targets Experience & Skills You likely have: 25+ years in B2B or service-based sales Experience dealing with property owners, investors, or asset-based businesses (strong asset) Strong written and verbal communication Comfort with CRMs, pipelines, and follow-ups The ability to manage your own week without babysitting Property management experience is helpfulbut not required if you can learn fast.
