Your Role As Head of Product, you will lead the Product function at TrustFlight and define the strategic direction for our entire SaaS portfolio. You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution across Centrik, Tech Log, SmartSuite, and our growing platform capabilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will set the bar for product excellence, elevate our product processes, and coach a multidisciplinary product organization to deliver worldclass products for aviation customers worldwide. What Youll Be Doing Leadership & Strategic Product Vision Set and execute the product vision and strategy across all SaaS products and platform services. Define longterm product direction aligned with TrustFlights mission, growth goals, and customer needs. Lead and inspire the Product Management and Product Design teams. Recruit, develop, and coach Product Managers and Designers to build a highperforming product organisation. Implement bestinclass product practices. Champion customercentric decisionmaking. Product Excellence & Delivery Establish scalable product development processes and underlying product operations (requirements standards, documentation, analytics, and release readiness) to ensure predictable roadmap execution. Drive clarity and alignment across product roadmaps. Partner with Engineering to optimise delivery processes. Embed quality and attention to detail throughout the lifecycle. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Lead innovation initiatives across the product suite. Integrate AI and automation to advance product capabilities. Identify opportunities to expand the product ecosystem. CrossFunctional Collaboration Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management. Support gotomarket readiness. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on pricing, packaging, positioning, and commercial strategy. Represent the product organization at the executive level. Experience owning product strategy at the portfolio level, ideally across multiple SaaS products or platforms. Proven track record leading product in a SaaS company, ideally in the $10M+ ARR or during significant scaleup phases. Demonstrated success defining and delivering complex B2B workflow products with high reliability expectations. Strong operational leadership with the ability to establish product processes, delivery discipline, and crossfunctional alignment in a scaling organisation. Deep understanding of modern product development practices, including discovery, experimentation, product analytics, and usercentred design. Experience driving AI/ML or automationbased product innovation is a strong advantage. Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution in a lean, fastpaced environment. Excellent communicator capable of influencing senior executives and building alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and industry stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong customer empathy, and a commitment to product quality. Bonus: Experience operating in regulated industries, aviation, compliancedriven SaaS, or safetycritical workflows. Location This role will be based in London, UK or Vancouver, Canada.
