Who You Are Youre someone who wants to build a career in sponsorships, live events, and brand partnerships - and youre ready to get hands-on. Youre highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. You enjoy working behind the scenes and on-site to make big moments happen, and you take pride in delivering details correctly, on time, and with intention. Were looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and excited to contribute to our live experiences. The Fine Print Lead on-site execution of sponsorship activations and brand partnership initiatives across festivals, concerts, and live events. Support sponsorship sales strategies and campaigns for both client-led and company-produced festivals, events, and projects. Assist in researching and identifying new sponsorship and partnership opportunities that support year-round programming. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed accurately and on time. Own day-to-day tracking and execution of sponsorship outreach, deliverables, and fulfillment across multiple events. Use Asana project management software to ensure transparent project tracking. Maintain clear, up-to-date sponsorship tracking tools that support sales forecasting and execution. Manage key sponsor accounts to ensure consistent communication, deliverables are met, and relationships are maintained. Support the sponsorship revenue process, including invoice tracking and reconciliation, to ensure accurate and timely payment. Collaborate with internal teams to support the planning and execution of new business and events. Attend in-person meetings and site visits, as needed. Support with grant writing, deliverables and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. What Were Looking For Experience & Education Post-secondary education, preferably in sponsorship, advertising, business, marketing or communications. Post-graduate certificate in PR, Sponsorships, Communications or Events, considered an asset. 1+ years of related experience in sponsorship, fundraising, events or advertising. Experience working in cross-departmental teams or structures. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Skills & Mindset Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including tact, assertiveness, and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Constructive problem-solving approach with creativity and adaptability. Tools & Environment Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle. Comfort standing and/or walking for long periods during event execution. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Bonus if you have Sales experience. Experience with HubSpot Sales . Experience with Asana and/or Google Drive . Work experience in live music and large-scale event environments.
