Principal Maintenance Readiness 12 month contract| Saskatoon Introduction Our client is looking for someone to join their team for the role of Principal Maintenance Readiness to provide technical expertise in developing mining and processing equipment hierarchy technical object structure (TOS) in accordance with client standards, identifying equipment battery limits through P&ID and general arrangement drawings, and auditing key data (manuals, parts lists, etc.) to ensure fit for maintenance plan development. This role will work closely with other Maintenance Readiness work streams, as well as operations and project teams. Responsibilities Responsible to define the battery limits of physical system by using engineering artifacts i.e. P&IDs, Data Sheets, General Arrangement drawings to complete the high quality 1SAP asset hierarchy battery limits for the asset classes including; Underground Mine, Hoists, Mill & non-process infrastructure TOS template governance and QA/QC process for 1SAP upload of maintenance master data Review equipment maintenance manuals, operations manuals, parts lists, and other relevant data from vendors and engineering to ensure it meets minimum requirements from the Maintenance Readiness team Navigating and collecting data within complex database systems Actively collaborate and align with other Maintenance Readiness team members to deliver consistent work Develops, optimises and governs master data and replication of best practices across assets and equipment Prioritises work effort per schedule and details according to relative importance Ensure documentation for relevant activities (battery limits, TOS development, and data auditing) is up to date Flexible to work with other time zones Experience Needed Developing and/or navigating and using maintenance data within SAP Usage of complex data models and spreadsheets Hands on experience with equipment in some capacity Equipment or system design experience in some capacity Working with large teams remotely across various time zones Qualifications Required Post-Secondary degree in engineering, Technician/Trade diploma(s) Experience with interpreting P&ID tracing, schematics, and data sheets Experience with maintenance master data development or use Experience in asset hierarchy development process Experience developing or utilizing equipment maintenance documentation manuals, parts lists, drawings Preferred Experience in energy/resources/construction industry SAP Master data Work Management Processes Hands on experience in equipment design/maintenance/operation Why work with Brunel?
