Head Office in Mississauga with project across the GGTA.Job Status: Existing Vacancy Excellent base compensation, employee bonus plan and benefits.$130K-$140K base depending on experienceRespectful and value driven culture.Responsibilities:Maintain strong relationships with internal team members, clients, and project partners.Enforce and adhere to the Employee Handbook and Health & Safety Manual.Review drawings and project documentation to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.Negotiate and coordinate change orders or extended services with clients and/or consultants.Maintain and report on schedules, budget shifts, and weekly billing requirements.Estimate and communicate change orders efficiently, including cost and schedule impacts.Manage subtrade buyout, material procurement, and purchase order issuance.Lead virtual and on-site project meetings and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes.Manage shop drawings and RFIs to ensure timely review and approval.Coordinate regularly with the Site Supervisor to maintain schedule and manpower.Conduct regular site visits and issue progress reports to clients.Complete After Action Reviews (AAR) with project teams to capture lessons learned.Support Sales/Business Development in the prospective client process as needed.Mentor and develop direct reports through ongoing communication.Qualifications:10+ years of experience working on ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction projects.Experience with design-build contracts, including CCDC14.Experience managing individual projects valued at $2M-$5M.Ability to manage a yearly project workload totaling approximately $10M in value.Apply now to begin discussing your career goals with ABL Direct.
