This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, managing preventive maintenance programs, leading technical teams, and overseeing capital and reliability projects to support safe and efficient plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and supervise maintenance teams including mechanics, millwrights, and electriciansDevelop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programsManage maintenance budgets, including operating, capital, and reliability project budgetsLead and support capital projects from planning through executionEnsure equipment reliability, uptime, and compliance with safety and regulatory standardsManage external contractors and service providersCollaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to support plant performanceQualificationsBachelors degree in EngineeringProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is an assetProven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong background in preventive maintenance, capital projects, and reliability engineeringExperience managing budgets and capital expendituresDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead skilled trades teamsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
