HR & Training Coordinator Multi-Site Operations Toronto Main Office | Hybrid location | Full-Time - no remote Total Compensation: $65,000$85,000+ (Base + Uncapped Performance Upside) Base Salary: $55,000$65,000 | Performance Commission: Uncapped About My Storage My Storage is a Canadian, family-owned, multi-location operating company with a strong focus on operational discipline, training execution, and internal accountability. We operate across Ontario with on-site teams supported by centralized systems and hands-on leadership. This role exists because we treat hiring quality, training execution, and compliance as business-critical not administrative . The Role This is a high-ownership HR & Training role with real authority across multiple operating locations. You will act as the central point of truth for HR policies, onboarding, training standards, and performance compliance. Team members and managers rely on you daily for clarity, consistency, and enforcement. This is not a desk-only or advisory HR role. It is designed for professionals who want responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to grow with the business long-term. HR Leadership & Policy Authority Own HR policies, procedures, and training standards across all locations Provide clear, consistent guidance to managers and team members Ensure compliance with Ontario Employment Standards and internal policies Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Recruiting, Training & Performance Execution Support full-cycle recruiting for frontline and operational roles Oversee onboarding and training programs; ensure completion and comprehension Deliver and reinforce training standards consistently across sites Conduct quarterly performance reviews and track adherence to expectations Multi-Site Oversight & Audits Conduct regular site visits to verify training compliance and operational standards Confirm safety, signage, documentation, and proper system usage Identify gaps, escalate where required, and follow through to resolution Systems, Reporting & Accountability Ensure required updates, photos, logs, and reports are submitted accurately and on time Verify correct use of internal tools and systems Flag missing, late, or incorrect submissions and follow up directly Compensation & Performance Upside This role includes uncapped commission tied directly to the success of the sales team you help hire, train, and support. Base salary: $55,000$65,000 (25/hr base first 6 months, 28/hr 6-18 months, 30/hr 18 months+) Performance commission: 2.5% of total sales generated by qualifying team members What this looks like annually: Conservative execution: $65,000$70,000 total compensation Healthy, well-trained team: $75,000$85,000+ As the business scales, earnings scale with it The stronger your hiring and training outcomes, the higher your upside.
