We are looking for a dynamicOffice Manager / Receptionistwho can manage daily operations, deliver excellent member experience, and support basic content and research needs. Key Responsibilities Greet members, clients, and visitors warmly at reception Manage front desk operations and handle phone/email inquiries Conduct office tours and assist with new member onboarding Handle mail & parcel receiving, sorting, and notifications Coordinate meeting room and office bookings Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and overall presentation Support basic billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks Address member requests and ensure a positive member experience Assist with basic content creation (social media posts, notices, simple promotions) Conduct online research to support marketing, events, pricing, or business initiatives Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and service providers as required Requirements Previous experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or co-working spaces Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively Knowledge of content creation (social media, Canva, basic copywriting is a plus) Strong research skills and ability to find, organize, and present information clearly Comfortable with computers, email, scheduling tools, and basic office software Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude What We Offer Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing co-working brand Exposure to startups, entrepreneurs, and business owners
