Location: Scarborough Note: This position requires work in-store as bubble tea barista and to be able to travel. Position Description Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Officer will provide and deliver the approved Real Fruit Bubble Tea Inc. training program and initiatives to new and existing employees, such as our Senior Bartending Training program. Working in conjunction with RFBT operations staff and the Training Manager, the Training Officer will assist in identifying training and knowledge gaps, and develop training initiatives to close them. The Training Officer will help to ensure that all RFBT partners are properly trained on how prepare drinks to RFBTs standards to deliver a quality product to customers Duties and Responsibilities Must work in-store as a cashier/barista , actively assisting in all areas of daily store operations. This includes hands-on participation in drink preparation, order taking, operating the POS system, and delivering exceptional customer service. Be embedded in live store operations to gain a deep understanding of day-to-day challenges and training needs. Provide real-time coaching and support to staff during shifts, assisting with customer service, workflow, and problem-solving. Support the development of creative and engaging training content using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software for internal SOPs and training guides. Drive and embody RFBTs brand values and philosophy throughout all training and development initiatives. Communicate clearly and consistently with team members, in-store trainers, and management to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with operational goals. Ensure all training programs comply with provincial legislation, workplace standards, and company policies. Stay current with industry trends, training methods, and best practices to continuously improve training approaches. Serve as a hands-on role model for store teams, offering practical guidance and support to elevate employee performance and customer experience. Salary Range: CAD $19.00 - 25.00/hour
