About Us Daria Grabchuk, Welcome to Canada Immigration Consulting Inc., is a client-centred immigration practice led by Daria Grabchuk, RCIC-IRB. We handle a high volume of economic and family-class applications and pride ourselves on organized, compliant, and well-documented submissions, clear client communication, and a team that genuinely cares about clients. We are looking for an RCIC who takes personal ownership of file quality and approaches every application as if approval depends on them because it does. If you are an RCIC who genuinely cares about clients and their future in Canada, we would be happy to speak with you. The Role This is a file-handling/case-management position. You will representand manage new and active client files and submissions. You will NOT conduct paid consultations or sales calls. Strategy and intake consultations remain with the owner/lead consultant. Core Practice Areas Express Entry (CEC/FSW/ITA-stage PR applications, document strategy, LOEs) Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba Spousal sponsorship (inland/outland; spouse/common-law, conjugal) Work permits, study permits, visitor records, TRPs LMIA knowledge is an asset Key Responsibilities Act as a representative on file and manage assigned files end-to-end: document collection forms submission IRCC requests follow-ups decisions Identify risks early (eligibility gaps, status timing, document deficiencies, consistency issues) and propose solutions Draft and review client-facing and officer-facing materials (LOEs, submission letters, statutory declarations, supporting summaries) Maintain strong quality control: completeness, accuracy, consistency, and clean document organization Track timelines and expiry dates (status, biometrics, medicals, police certificates, passports, employment letters) Communicate with clients regarding file requirements and case progress (non-consultative file communications) Collaborate with Daria and the internal team; escalate complex issues promptly with clear recommendations Stay current with IRCC updates, program delivery instructions, and regulatory changes Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal SOPs, templates, and case management processes Required Qualifications RCIC in good standing with CICC Minimum 2 years of hands-on Canadian immigration file management experience (ideal: 35 years) Strong, proven experience with Express Entry, PNP, and spousal sponsorship applications Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent legal and persuasive drafting skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization; able to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong quality and risk-management mindset with a focus on refusal avoidance and approval optimization Professional, client-oriented communication style and high reliability What We Offer Remote work environment with an established team and structured processes.
