About Us Dahan Goaltending is an ice hockey goalie school with over 10 years of experience dedicated to providing exceptional mentorship to ambitious hockey players striving to play AA/AAA, University, and Professionally. Our primary goal is to guide and support athletes in achieving peak performance on the ice. Join as the Program Coordinator and as an on-ice assistant coach or videographer and social media manager. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our esteemed goaltending school. Your primary objectives will be to optimize our services, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the seamless and efficient operation of our hockey school. We are seeking a hockey player, coach or enthusiast to join our operation. Ideally you have the ability to help coach on the ice OR be a videographer and manage our social media accounts. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and business activities to ensure they align with the companys goals and objectives. Implement a social media strategy and record on-ice content. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Establish relationships and partnerships within the hockey community. Manage bookings, schedules, record-keeping, and billing. Coordinates with other team members to align schedules and programs. Website up to date and functioning correctly. Organize special events, seminars, and camps. Engages with prospective students, manages enrolments, addresse inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with on-ice coaching duties. Requirements Diploma or Degree in a relative field. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. Coaching or playing hockey experience. Understanding of business functions, including marketing, finance, and operations. Experience in Social Media management.
