The ideal candidate will handle intricate mortgage discharge requests, including the preparation of discharge statements and the completion of final discharges. Responsibilities: Efficiently process intricate discharge requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements. Navigate and resolve situations, influencing decisions to meet or exceed expectations and standards. Support the team in meeting urgent deadlines and collaborate closely with customers, advisors, lawyers, and notaries. Quickly address and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients via phone or email. Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal departments by delivering exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and enhanced client service. Handle escalated complaint investigations. Adhere to Bank policies and standards for necessary information and documentation in mortgage discharges. Maintain thorough documentation of calls and outcomes using various Bank systems. Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written). 2. Minimum 1 year experience in mortgages, banking, or financial services, particularly with mortgage discharge processes. 3. Knowledge of residential mortgage products and related documentation requirements. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple banking systems. Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and build strong internal relationships. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries from clients, advisors, lawyers, and notaries. High attention to detail and strong accuracy when preparing discharge statements and documentation. Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements. Effective communication and problem solving skills, including handling escalations and complex situations. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple requests simultaneously. Nice-To-Have Skills: 1. Previous banking experience is an asset. Education: bachelors degree preferred.
