Job Title: Multimedia Producer AI-Enhanced Content Location: Remote (Canada preferred Toronto or Montreal) Employment Type: Full-timeOverviewWere hiring a Multimedia Producer with strong AI tooling experience to join a fast-growing SaaS business operating in the wellbeing and digital learning space.This role sits at the intersection of creative production and applied AI, owning the end-to-end creation, repurposing, and optimisation of multimedia content across video, audio, and interactive formats. Youll work closely with content, marketing, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and personalised digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesContent ProductionPlan, produce, and edit high-quality multimedia content (video, audio, interactive).Repurpose and refresh existing assets to extend lifespan, accessibility, and engagement.Own the full production lifecycle concept, filming, editing, post-production, and delivery.Partner with marketing to adapt content for social, campaigns, and digital channels.AI Integration & InnovationApply AI tools to accelerate editing, production, localisation, and accessibility workflows.Pilot AI-driven production methods such as automated transcription, voice synthesis, video adaptation, and content personalisation.Stay current on developments in generative media and AI-enhanced content workflows.Operational & CollaborationMaintain a scalable and efficient production pipeline.Manage external production partners where required.Ensure quality control, brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance standards.Requirements5+ years experience in multimedia production (video, audio, digital content).Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g. Runway, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, D-ID, etc.).Strong understanding of generative AI workflows for content creation.Proven ability to own projects end-to-end.Experience in SaaS, digital media, learning platforms, or wellbeing content highly desirable.Whats On OfferFully remote roleHigh-impact, creative ownershipModern AI-first content environment
