Bilingual Service and Implementation Coordinator (Mental Health)Salary: $58,000 $67,500Location: Remote (Ontario)Hours: MondayFriday (Rotating shifts between 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm start EST; occasional Saturdays - 1 per month)Job SummaryThe Service and Implementation Coordinator supports a virtual mental health program by assisting clinicians and partner agencies, supporting service delivery, and helping ensure smooth program operations across Ontario.PerksRemote position Work from home100% company-paid Benefits plan (after 3 months)Pension plan (after 6 months)20 days vacationSupportive team environmentKey ResponsibilitiesSupport clinicians on the platform, ensuring adherence to program policies, workflows, and service standardsProvide ongoing clinician support, including onboarding, training coordination, and responding to inquiriesSupport relationships and communication with partner agencies, including coordination of recurring meetingsAssist with program operations, documentation updates, and service delivery supportCollaborate with the Program Manager to address program, clinician, and platform needsTrack key program information and escalate risks or issues as requiredSupport cross-team collaboration, meetings, and stakeholder communicationsAssist with preparation of reports, briefing materials, and ministry-related documentationQualificationsFluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)Degree in a mental healthrelated field3+ years of experience in child and youth mental health or community mental healthExperience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse communitiesExperience with brief or virtual counselling modelsTraining in evidence-based therapy and conflict resolutionAI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
