Job Title: MechanicLocation: Lloydminster, Alberta, CanadaJob type: ContractDuration: 12+ monthsResponsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment in line with operational demands.Improves maintenance-related nonproductive time ratio of Division assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and enhances maintenance efficiency and workforce productivity.Maintains assigned equipment in accordance with the applicable maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work practices.Adheres to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems by accurately recording materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history, including movements, work orders, parts used, and maintenance time.Complies with Division TLM standards.Participates in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives, and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).Supports continuous improvement efforts to reduce asset turnaround time by minimizing downtime related to maintenance, parts availability, return authorization numbers, failures, and work-in-process.Contributes to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.Implements CoSD projects, including planned repair and reuse of parts.Participates in failure investigations as assigned.Complies with the TLM Competency Management System.
