Working closely with case managers and other immigration professionals, you will ensure that all applications are accurate, timely, and compliant with immigration laws and policies.We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position involves organizing client documents, preparing and submitting applications, and maintaining communication with government agencies. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of immigration processes and organizational expertise to provide exceptional service to individuals and families seeking to work, study, or settle in Canada.What You Will DoAs part of the Surrey, BC team, the Immigration Processor will work under the guidance of the Head of Case Management to provide essential support for our clients' immigration needs. Your key responsibilities will include:Information CollectionProvide clients with detailed information regarding application requirements for temporary residence, permanent residence, LMIA, and citizenship.Keep clients informed on case statuses and any relevant updates regarding service delivery.Respond to telephone and email inquiries in accordance with program procedures.Case ManagementAssess and screen clients to determine eligibility for immigration benefits and services.Gather necessary documentation following checklists provided by CIE, IRCC, Service Canada, or provincial immigration bodies.Complete immigration forms for assigned cases, ensuring all required documents are attached in the correct order.Conduct follow-ups to collect missing documents, confirm receipt of notices from IRCC or Service Canada, remind clients of upcoming deadlines, and monitor application outcomes.Maintain accurate, confidential case files, both electronically and in hard copy.Ancillary ActivitiesAssist with taking photographs, making copies, and assembling application packages.Keep the client management Excel sheet up to date and organized.What You Bring to the RoleKnowledge of immigration processes and documentation requirements is an asset.Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.Excellent communication and research skills.Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.Proficiency with email, MS Office, Adobe PDF, and Skype.Keys to Your SuccessAt Prosper Immigration, our team members are driven by delivering results, fostering trust, and driving growth.
