Huron and Perth County, Ontario Area Full-Time On-SiteAbout UsFeeney Restoration is a fast-growing division of Feeney Design Build a locally owned, grassroots construction company known across HuronPerth for quality workmanship, integrity, strong communication, and treating people right.We specialize in insurance restoration, water/fire/smoke claims, and renovation-based restoration, built on processes, accountability, and a commitment to making stressful situations easier for homeowners, adjusters, and contractors.Were growing and evolving now looking for a leader who wants to take ownership, build systems, and help scale the division to the next level.The Role: Restoration Project Manager / General ManagerWere looking for a strong, organized, people-focused leader to oversee and grow our Restoration division. This is a hybrid role with responsibilities in project management, operations, estimating, and leadership.Youll work directly with Owner, manage day-to-day operations, and be empowered to shape how this division grows over the next 35 years.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManage all restoration projects from initial loss to final walkthroughSchedule and coordinate carpenters, subs, and tradesEnsure quality control at each stage fit, finish, and industry standardsMaintain timelines, budgets, and daily job updatesConduct site visits, inspections, and sign-offsCommunicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and insurance partnersEstimating & DocumentationCreate Xactimate estimatesUpload notes, photos, and job documentationTrack change orders, supplements, and approvalsBuild efficient templates, repeatable processes, and jobsite checklistsLeadership & OperationsLead and mentor field staffImplement Feeney Restoration SOPsImprove operational efficiency, job flow, scheduling, and KPIsParticipate in division planning, budgeting, and growth strategyWork with office/coordination team on invoicing and receivablesClient & Insurance RelationsBuild relationships with adjusters, brokers, and industry partnersRepresent Feeney Restoration with professionalism, empathy, and accountabilityEnsure excellent communication throughout every projectWhat You BringExperience in restoration, construction project management, or insurance-related tradesFamiliarity with water/fire/smoke loss, reconstruction, and estimatingStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple active projectsA mindset focused on quality, integrity, accountabilityAbility to lead people and build team cultureTech-friendly (Buildertrend, Xactimate, Google Workspace, etc.)What We OfferCompetitive salaryCompany Vehicle Bonus OpportunitiesSupportive ownership, modern systems, and room to grow into a senior leadership roleA stable, community-driven company with a strong reputation and pipeline of workWhy Feeney Restoration?Because were not a big corporate restoration outfit.
