Were looking for passionate new talents in millwork, design, and architecture to join our team. As a Project Manager , youll be the conductor ensuring seamless coordination between clients, designers, and the workshop. Your role will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee every stage of each project from the very first contact to the final installation. Youll be the guardian of quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities: -Support and guide clients throughout their projects -Plan and coordinate project activities -Collaborate closely with designers, cabinetmakers, and installers -Monitor project progress on-site and in the workshop -Contribute to improving work methods and processes -Synthesize and communicate requests from clients, designers, and architects Your profile: -Relevant experience in project management (ideally in millwork, woodworking, or construction) -Strong organizational and multitasking skills -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Knowledge of materials is an asset -Excellent communication skills -Natural leadership, diplomacy, and foresight -Strong attention to detail -Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Web-Cab, or Microsoft Teams an asset General Skills Excellent project planning and coordination abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with designers, cabinetmakers, and installers Natural leadership, diplomacy, and anticipation skills Strong problem-solving and adaptability under pressure Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Web-Cab, or Teams (an asset) Knowledge of millwork, custom fabrication, or construction (a strong asset)
