Where You''ll Shine: Executive & Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President & CEO Strategically manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules Draft and prepare correspondence for internal audiences and Rider Nation Coordinate travel itineraries, speaking engagements, appearances, and logistics Manage budget for administrative budget lines, process expense reports and complete other expense-related documentation Field requests and provide support to the Executive Leadership Team and Football Operations as needed Board of Directors & Governance Support Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors Organize all Board and Committee meetings Prepare and distribute meeting materials using the Club''s online software Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes Maintain calendars of Board and Committee activities Coordinate group travel and schedules for Board-related events Meetings, Events & Guest Experience Plan, facilitate, and project manage a variety of internal and external events (examples: Board Retreats, Grey Cup logistical planning, AGM) Provide leadership in hosting external groups and VIP guests on Game Days and throughout the year during events Lead and facilitate internal meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics Leadership & Business Office Administration Provide leadership and guidance to the Administrative Assistant Oversee a variety of business office programs and projects, as well as initiatives handled by the administrative assistant Support a culture of high-quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment Ensure the business office has the right supplies, tools, and resources to stay organized and ready for anything Requirements What''s Needed to Be Successful: Completion of Office or Business Administration diploma or equivalent preferred 5+ years experience supporting senior leaders or executives Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite programs, printers and multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Professional, confident communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfort coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Willingness to take on miscellaneous duties as needed Ability to work irregular hours including all home game days Benefits What do we commit to you?
