We manufacture our product in Fort Macleod, Alberta, approximately 25 minutes West of Lethbridge, in an enclosed plant that is open all year. Role Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Summer Students to support our office team during the summer term. Students will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while contributing to real projects in either Marketing or Information Technology (IT) . This is an excellent opportunity to build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and explore a potential career path. Key Responsibilities Marketing Summer Student Assist with the creation and updating of marketing materials (digital and print) Support social media content Help maintain website content and marketing databases Conduct market research and compile findings Assist with event planning, promotions, or campaigns as needed Provide general administrative support to the marketing team Key Responsibilities IT Summer Student Provide basic technical support to staff (hardware, software, and account issues) Assist with setting up and maintaining computers and office technology Help document IT processes, procedures, and inventories Support routine system updates, testing, or troubleshooting Assist with data entry, reporting, or simple scripting tasks (where applicable) Perform general administrative duties within the IT department What We''re Looking For Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills (written and verbal) What You''ll Gain Real-world office and industry experience Mentorship and exposure to professional workflows Skill development relevant to future careers A supportive and collaborative work environment At Structural Truss, Core Values are at the heart of everything we do.
