As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will mange and optimize digital marketing efforts including overseeing our four company websites and our pay per click (PPC) campaigns. You will be responsible for monitoring analytics, improving our user engagement, and executing strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI). The Digital Marketing Specialist will need to be highly analytical, creative, and possess exceptional time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What you will be responsible for: Company Website Management and Reporting: Manage, update, and optimize content for company websites to ensure brand consistency, and strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) performance. Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms Maintain documentation and reporting dashboards to track KPIs, ROI, and overall digital performance. PPC Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms to maximize lead generation and conversions. Collaboration and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed for website updates, creative assets, strategy execution, and ad management. Trend Awareness and Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, AEO, PPC, and analytics to recommend tactics and tools to maximize the success of the organization''s marketing initiatives. What we need from you: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field is highly preferred. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including website management and PPC campaigns. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with CMS platforms, specifically WordPress is essential. Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset, but not required. Previous web development experience (HTML, CSS, JSCON) is considered an asset Experience with marketing automation tools and building API integrations is considered an asset. Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. An ability to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends. Strong collaboration skills with a desire to implement and execute strategies. Where/When you will be working: This will be a hybrid position that will offer flexibility of work from home days with some required in-office days Standard working hours Monday to Friday - full time.
