Your Impact Lead and deliver regional road construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, managing contractors and ensuring quality workmanship. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions that enhance road safety and longevity. Monitor budgets and schedules, proactively addressing risks and maintaining project timelines. Champion sustainability, applying best practices to minimise environmental impact during construction. The Skills That Set You Apart Proven experience managing road construction or civil infrastructure projects, ideally in Alberta. Strong knowledge of Alberta Transportation standards and municipal guidelines. Comfortable working on-site with a focus on health and safety compliance.
