If so, this is the CAREER for you As an Auto Mobile Team Lead , you will mentor and support a team of Auto Mobile Advisors while overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service to clients and dealership partners. You will lead by example, balancing team development with hands-on client service and sales excellence. A day in the life Lead, coach, and mentor Auto Mobile Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver high-level customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations including policy processing, renewals, and cancellations, with a focus on ICBC Autoplan and private auto insurance based on ASD. Lead by example in providing expert advice, cross-selling, upselling, and handling complex client enquiries. Ensure all team members adhere to ICBC ASD, insurer, and Insurance Council rules and regulations. Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as Replacement Coverage, Average Handling Time (AHT), dealership service levels, and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives. Support management with training, service improvements, and special projects as assigned. Assist with walk-in auto clients and service escalations as required. What you will bring to our team - Level 2 General Insurance License (required) 27 years of experience in general insurance sales or brokerage, with leadership or mentoring experience Strong knowledge of ICBC Autoplan, ASD, and private auto insurance products Sales-driven mindset with a focus on cross-selling and upselling Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor your approach to clients and team members Adaptable, reliable, and motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets; EPIC familiarity is an asset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance team support with client-facing responsibilities Salary Expectations The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate''s book of business at a particular time.The expected base salary for this position is $47,000 to $55,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate''s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position''s business line, scope and level.
