Field Services Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a Field Services Coordinator to support our service operations across the Greater Toronto Area. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of field service activities by scheduling, tracking, and coordinating technicians, tools, and resources. The coordinator will serve as the central point between customers, field service technicians, and project managers ensuring every job is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service interventions at customer sites, ensuring timely execution. Assign the most qualified and closest Field Service Representative (FSR) to each job. Ensure all parts, tools, and work instructions are ready prior to dispatch. Communicate directly with customers to confirm appointments and updates. Support field technicians with scheduling changes, remote assistance, and calendar management. Monitor ongoing service work, adjusting plans and resources when necessary. Track data quality and billable information within work orders. Collaborate closely with the lead Project Manager and service leadership to optimize workforce planning. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or field service coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator able to interact effectively with technicians and customers. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using scheduling or ERP tools (SAP, Salesforce, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Experience Experience coordinating service or maintenance teams in industrial, electrical, or HVAC environments. Familiarity with field service management systems or work order management tools. Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.
