TiffinTech is a bridge between complex engineering and mainstream curiosity. Tiffany attends conferences and events around the world to bring her audience interesting insights about how tech works. We are looking for a Motion Designer / Video Producer Freelance Contractor for an on-going partnership ~10-15 hours a week. What you will get up to: Animation or Motion Graphic Artist: Ability to bring technical concepts to life visually. Video Production: Comfortable with the assembly and polish of short-form video. Storytelling/Documentary Experience: A background in narrative or educational content is a big plus. Dynamic Tech Visualization: Ability to create 2D/3D assets that explain complex concepts (e.g., how a leap second works or the layers of the CAP theorem). Tools you are an expert in: Frame.io: Our primary tool for feedbackyou should be comfortable using this for reviews. Software Flexibility (Note): We have no specific preference for which creative tools are used (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci, Figma, etc.). We are entirely flexible as long as the artist can deliver high-quality results that match our style. Blender (Nice to have): Great if you can do 3D, but not required. Who you are: Great Communication: Essential for our async workflow. High Sense of Urgency: We need someone who can handle quick turnarounds while staying realistic about what can be achieved. Tech Industry Understanding: (Nice to have) Helps if they find the subject matter interesting! Logistics: Availability: No live collaboration needed, but you must be available to respond within 24 hours and hit agreed-upon deadlines. Hours: Estimating 10-15 hours weekly. Duration: Looking for an ongoing partnership. Invoicing: Monthly invoicing based on tracked hours and tasks performed. Payment: Wire transfer or other platform as discussed.
