Why Connect With Us Were a national recruitment agency with 25+ years of success connecting top healthcare professionals across Canada, built on trust, long-term relationships, and integrity We bring that same people-first, relationship-driven approach to the skilled trades Multiple active opportunities across Southern Alberta Commercial and residential projects, depending on the role Stable, full-time, long-term positions Competitive compensation and benefits (varies by position and employer) Growth and advancement opportunities with contractors who invest in their teams Qualifications Journeyman certification in Alberta or Red Seal equivalent Valid Class 5 drivers license Experience & Responsibilities: HVAC Journeyman Installation, maintenance, and service work in commercial and residential settings Diagnosing and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems Installation of new air conditioning and HVAC equipment Planning routes, line sizing, and equipment placement Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to mentor and train apprentices Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Experience & Responsibilities: Sheet Metal Journeyman Layout, fabrication, and installation of ductwork and HVAC-related equipment Reading and interpreting building plans and specifications Coordinating work and supporting junior team members and apprentices Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset Experience in both commercial and residential environments preferred Lets Connect!
