Job Description

SeekersGuidance is looking for experienced remote fundraisers to actively raise funds for our global mission.This role is for people who know how to open doors, build trust, and close donations. You will focus entirely on fundraising through relationships, conversations, and direct engagement with donors. Your success will be measured by funds raised and long-term donor commitments.This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission structure tied directly to results.What Youll Do1. Actively Raise FundsIdentify, approach, and secure donations from individuals, families, and philanthropic contactsConduct one-on-one fundraising conversations with potential donorsClose gifts across recurring donations, one-time contributions, and major giving2. Leverage Your NetworkActivate your personal and professional network to generate fundraising opportunitiesBuild new donor relationships through referrals, introductions, and community connectionsMaintain long-term relationships with donors you bring in3. Represent the MissionConfidently present SeekersGuidances mission, impact, and funding needs in conversationsAttend donor meetings, private gatherings, and fundraising dinners when requiredServe as a trusted representative of the organization in fundraising contexts4.
