This role is responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of technology initiatives with a strong focus on Canadian compliance, security, and risk management.The Program Manager will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure PSP Services Inc. systems, processes, and platforms meet Canadian regulatory and industry standards, while also supporting international operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and deliver technology programs from initiation to completionCoordinate activities across engineering, product, compliance, security, and operations teamsLead and support compliance initiatives related to FINTRAC (AML/KYC), Interac, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 9001Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews, including evidence collection and remediation trackingMaintain program schedules, risk registers, documentation, and executive status reportsEnsure technology initiatives align with Canadian regulatory, security, and data protection requirementsWork with internal teams and external vendors on compliance and technology projectsIdentify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, and escalate when requiredSupport continuous improvement of compliance controls and delivery processesCollaborate with Canadian and international teams as part of day-to-day program deliveryMandatory QualificationsBachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in technology project or program managementExperience working in regulated environments such as fintech, payments, or SaaSProven experience leading cross-functional teams in software development and technology initiativesHands-on experience with Canadian compliance and regulatory frameworks, including:oFINTRAC / AML / KYCoInterac complianceoPCI DSSoSOC 2 and ISO-based management systemsProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent internationally recognized project management certificationISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificationLean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certificationStrong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to manage complex technology programs with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirementsWork EnvironmentProfessional Canadian workplace environmentCollaboration with cross-functional and international teamsRole requires strong attention to detail, compliance discipline, and accountabilityAdditional InformationThis position requires practical, hands-on experience managing technology programs under Canadian regulatory frameworks.
