Position Overview Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring an eCommerce & Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations and support the execution of accurate, timely order fulfillment across Shopify, eBay, and live-selling platforms. This role is responsible for supervising shipping workflows, coordinating team activity, and ensuring operational excellence across all outbound orders. This is a hands-on supervisory role that combines leadership, process discipline, and execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining shipping accuracy, meeting timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Shipping Operations & Fulfillment Oversee daily shipping operations across Shopify, eBay, and live-selling platforms Ensure same-day processing and carrier drop-off for outbound orders Monitor order accuracy, packaging standards, and shipping timelines Team Supervision & Workflow Management Manage daily shipping team workflows including picking, sorting, packing, and shipping Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and support team productivity Provide hands-on guidance to achieve zero-error shipping standards Customer & Internal Communication Review and respond to shipping-related customer inquiries across platforms Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or shipping issues Escalate complex or recurring issues to management as required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred Working knowledge of Shopify, eBay, and live-selling platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Valid G drivers license and access to a vehicle Ability to lift and move packages as required Work Structure This is a full-time, on-site role with a variable schedule based on business needs.
