Join to our TIGER Family!! #joinTIGERAs an Environmental Compliance Health and Safety Specialist you willsupport and promote overall legal compliance for environmental in NA and oversee Health & Safety requirements for our Canadian Location.Some of your key responsibilities will be:Strategic Planning Services for Environmental Compliance NA/H&S TDCConduct research on external environmental requirements for NA and trends, as well as internal gaps in all TIGER NA locationsResponsible for providing process training specific to:Onboarding health and safety trainingEmergency preparedness and responseLock out tag out policy and proceduresSpill response, cleanup and containmentEnsure Compliance with Legal RequirementsDisability Management Services, in conjunction with People and CultureEnsure paperwork and reports for workplace accidents and injuries are initiated and completed by sites in timely mannerMonitoring employee on return-to-work programTraining Services Environmental Compliance and Health and Safety TDCDevelop and conduct training or train the trainer modules, in conjunction wi People and CultureEvaluate learning and training needsLiaise with managers in follow up and identify gapsHazard Assessment ServicesConduct AuditsLiaise with External Legislative BodiesRequired Qualifications:Environmental, Health and Safety or related field (college/university)/or related experience3+ years experience working as an Environmental, Health and Safety LeaderManufacturing environmentEnglish is a mustSpanish is an assetSAP knowledge an assetTIGER Drylac Canada, In is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
