About the Role We are seeking a Talent Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Vaughan location. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and property-level roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance Coordinate and conduct phone screens and interviews Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive new-hire experience Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records Assist with employment contracts, offer letters, and background checks Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications 24 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems is an asset Experience in real estate, property management, or a multi-site organization is an asset What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Exposure to a diverse portfolio of roles and business functions Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
