Senior Field Operator Location: Bonnyville, AB Type: 6-month contract: possibility of conversion to permanent Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday. The Opportunity Our client is expanding its industrial cleaning operations and is seeking an experienced Senior Field Operator to support steady, year-round work. This is a hands-on field with growth potential as the company builds additional crews in preparation for a busy 2026. Key Responsibilities Execute industrial cleaning work using pressure trucks and high-pressure systems Safely haul, stage, and maneuver gooseneck trailers on client sites Support daily field operations and assist with crew leadership as required Mentor junior operators and promote safe work practices Perform shop work during non-project periods Maintain compliance with all company and client safety standards Required Qualifications Industrial cleaning experience (preferred) Experience working around pressure trucks and high-pressure equipment Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean abstract (no Class 1 required) Proven experience handling gooseneck trailers safely Strong safety mindset and situational awareness Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred Assets Bonnyville or local area (candidates within ~3 hours may be considered) Prior experience in oil & gas industrial services Ability to step into a lead role as operations scale Whats Offered Competitive hourly compensation 6-month contract with strong intent to convert to permanent Year-round work (not seasonal) Advancement opportunities as additional crews and skids come online Stable client base with growth into new major operators Junior Field Operator Location: Bonnyville, AB Type: 6-month contract: possibility of conversion to permanent Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday The Opportunity Our client is growing its industrial cleaning operations and is seeking a Junior Field Operator to support field crews on year-round work.
