Our work is execution-driven, documentation-heavy, and aligned with regulatory reality.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Regulatory Project Manager to take ownership of the production and coordination of regulatory deliverables for our clients.This role is central to our operations. You will be responsible for structuring, producing, and managing compliance documentation and submissions, while working under the strategic direction of a Senior Consultant.You are not a junior coordinator. You are accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and regulatory coherence.Key Responsibilities Lead the production of regulatory deliverables for cannabis licensing and compliance projects Structure and maintain application packages (SOPs, evidence packages, workflows, floor plans, policies) Coordinate inputs from subject-matter experts (cultivation, QA, extraction, security) Ensure documentation aligns with applicable frameworks (Health Canada, GPP, GACP, GMP, EU-GMP) Manage project timelines, milestones, and client deliverables Review documents for regulatory clarity, consistency, and audit readiness Support responses to authority questions, deficiency letters, and audit findings Maintain internal templates, standards, and documentation frameworksRequired Profile 3+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or licensing in a regulated industry Strong exposure to cannabis, pharmaceutical, food, or life-science regulatory environments Proven experience producing structured regulatory documentation High attention to detail and strong document control discipline Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without loss of quality Professional written English (French or German is a strong asset) Comfortable working in a consulting environment with demanding clientsNice to Have Direct experience with cannabis licensing (Health Canada, EU medical cannabis, or equivalent) Familiarity with GACP, GMP, or EU-GMP frameworks Experience responding to regulatory authority questions or audits Background in QA, regulatory affairs, or compliance consultingWhat This Role Is Not Not an administrative or coordinator role Not a junior compliance position Not a sales or business development role Not a theoretical advisory roleWhy Join Us Work on real regulatory files with real authorities Exposure to international cannabis markets (Canada and Europe) High level of autonomy and responsibility Clear growth path toward Senior Regulatory Manager Direct collaboration with experienced operators and consultantsHow to ApplySend your CV and a short note explaining your experience with regulatory documentation and compliance projects.
