As we continue to grow, were seeking a Director, Client Partner to lead high-value client relationships, connect science with patient-centered strategy, and help expand our business through trust, credibility, and thoughtful partnership. About the Role The Director, Client Partner serves as the strategic owner for a portfolio of Medical Affairs and Medical Education clients. This is client-facing role is for someone who brings a strong scientific foundation , excels in high-quality communication , and is energized by growing relationships and revenue . This role will focus on shaping strategy, guiding execution through collaboration, and ensuring clients experience us as trusted partners who deeply understand both science and patient reality. What Youll Do Client Leadership & Partnership Own and lead senior-level client relationships, serving as the primary strategic point of contact Facilitate client status calls, planning discussions, and executive-level conversations with clarity and confidence Build long-term trust through thoughtful, high-quality communication and follow-through Strategic Growth & Account Development Translate medical and scientific strategy into patient-centered engagement solutions Identify and activate growth opportunities within existing accounts, expanding scope and deepening partnerships Contribute to revenue growth through relationship building, consultative problem-solving, and solution shaping Business & Financial Stewardship Oversee account financial performance, including forecasting, budgets, and profitability Develop and maintain accurate contact reports, activity tracking, and CRM documentation Partner cross-functionally to ensure work is delivered with quality, compliance, and strategic intent Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with scientific, delivery, and internal leadership teams to align strategy and execution Model a collaborative, inclusive, and high-integrity approach to client partnership What You Bring Required Experience & Capabilities Background in a medical education agency , medical affairs , or medical communications environment Strong scientific background with the ability to communicate complex concepts credibly and clearly Demonstrated success owning and growing client relationships in regulated healthcare settings Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on quality, nuance, and impact Strong organizational and financial management skills, including forecasting and budget oversight Comfort with business growth, revenue drivers, and relationship-led expansion (sales-oriented mindset strongly valued) Additional Strengths Experience working with senior medical stakeholders Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to compliance and quality Why Youll Love Working Here Purpose-driven work Your efforts directly elevate real patient voices Mission-driven culture We value rigor, curiosity, and credibility Inclusive by design Diverse perspectives make our work stronger Growth opportunity Shape the future of the business and your career Flexible work environment Remote-friendly with trust and autonomy Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Care Spending Account, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, EAP, Pet Insurance (ONT Only), GRSP, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Sick pay, work-from-home allowance, and anniversary rewards. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
