IT Operations & Digital Workplace Coordinator Job Description The IT Operations & Digital Workplace Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving the organizations digital workplace environment. This role manages employee laptop setup and technical support, designs and maintains Microsoft 365 solutions (including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate Flows), and creates and supports Intranet Hubs (SharePoint/Teams) to streamline workflows, communication, and operational efficiency. The role works closely with IT, HR, Operations and leadership to support onboarding, automation, and internal systems. Key Responsibilities Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops for new and existing employees Manage user access, permissions, and basic security configurations Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Forms for internal processes Create and manage Power Automate (Flows) to automate workflows and approvals Build, maintain, and improve Intranet Hubs (SharePoint/Teams) for documentation and collaboration Provide day-to-day IT and Microsoft 365 support to employees Support onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with HR and Operations Maintain system documentation, guides, and best practices Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digital tools Coordinate with external IT vendors when required Required Skills & Experience Experience setting up and supporting laptops (Windows/macOS) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Intune, Defender and Azure Entra) Ability to create and manage internal portals or hubs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills
