Job Description: We are looking for a talented Graphics & Website Designer to join our team! Do you love a good design challenge and creating beautiful, user-friendly, customer-centered websites and marketing materials? If you are a budding graphics & web design expert and enjoy the challenge of bringing a clients vision to life, this job is for you. While you enjoy the creativity required to create a great website or marketing piece, you also approach tasks with an appreciation for, and understanding of, the importance of the user experience, best practices and accessibility standards. Requirements: Experience creating pixel-perfect hi-fi design mocks Detail oriented with a keen eye for clean and modern design You can follow direction and existing brand guidelines flawlessly Experience with Figma Experience with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with WordPress (theme customizations, creating and updating layouts using a builder like Divi or Elementor) You are self-motivated, organized, dependable, have a keen eye for detail, and a love of good design Excellent communication skills You are based in Ontario, Canada Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, ClickUp, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Canva Basic understanding of CSS and HTML Interest/experience in branding Interest/experience in UX design Interest/experience in web development Responsibilities to Include: Assist with creating pixel-perfect website design mockups Help create marketing materials and support graphics for client and internal projects Web and/or graphic design support requests depending on your areas of expertise Job Type: Contract, part-time, virtual Pay: $35-$40/hour CAD depending on experience Hours: 10-15 hours/week Flexible schedule with availability between 9am-2pm Mon-Fri EST Availability for our weekly team meeting on Mondays at 10:30am EST Perks: Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth with increased hours and responsibilities Professional development opportunities How to Apply: Please send a cover letter including: Why you would be a great addition to our team What type of project excites you the most One skill currently on your must-learn list A link to your online portfolio Email your cover letter the subject line Graphics & Website Designer position.
