Collaborate closely with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to keep projects moving smoothly. Monitor progress through regular site visits and ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met. Communicate and collaborate effectively with Site Superintendent. Ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, and company expectations. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS A standout candidate brings: Red Seal Endorsed Carpenter or Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field 8+ years of ICI project management experience Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Eligibility to work in Canada and a valid drivers license TYPE OF PERSON WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Take pride in high quality- work.
