What Youll Do: Lead multiple commercial/industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, teams, and site leadership. Promote a strong safety culture and high-quality workmanship. Mentor Project Managers and site teams, elevating project management standards. Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, implementing proactive solutions. Collaborate across operations, estimating, and other internal teams. What Were Looking For: 5+ years managing commercial/industrial construction projects. Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills. Diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). PMP designation or in progress is an asset. Comfort with Microsoft Office and modern project management tools.
