This is a hands-on role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential gas fireplaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and enjoys working independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Install, inspect, service, and repair gas fireplaces and heating appliancesPerform gas line connections, leak testing, and system diagnosticsComplete work orders and ensure compliance with Ontario gas safety codesCommunicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer serviceCollaborate with team members and office staff to schedule and complete jobs efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe job siteQualifications:Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician License in OntarioMinimum 2 years experience in residential gas fittingStrong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsValid drivers license with clean driving recordWETT Certification (an asset)Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditionsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
