This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Interior Designer looking to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team.Qualifications8+years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvement projectsBachelors degree from an accredited Interior Design schoolSuccessful completion of NCIDQ and Registration as RIDResponsibilitiesManage various Commercial Tenant Improvement and Interior ProjectsWork with our clients to determine programming requirements and establish project goals/objectives.Bring a high level of creativity and design excellence to each projectPrepare compelling and informative presentationsPrepare 3D modeling during design development to clearly convey the design intent to the client.Research, gather, recommend, and present appropriate finishes, fixture and furnishings that capture the functional, aesthetic, environmental, and budgetary requirements of the project.Produce detailed and fully coordinated contract documentationExperience working in Architectural Firms, collaborating with architects throughout the project design and executionParticipate in design charrettes and peer reviewsProficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent project management skills ensuring milestones and budget are met while maintaining the design and documentation qualityYoull Thrive in This Role If You AreComfortable taking ownership and working independentlyProcessoriented, proactive, and dependableCalm under deadlines and adaptable to shifting prioritiesCollaborative and servicemindedAble to anticipate needs rather than waiting for directionMotivated to continuously improve systems and deliverablesWhy Join CutlerBe part of a designdriven, collaborative studioPlay a meaningful role supporting firm growthWork in a handson, inoffice environment with close collaboration across disciplinesBe trusted with responsibility and ownership of your workHow to ApplyPlease submit:Your resumeA brief cover letter
