They are responsible for actively sourcing bilingual candidates, building relationships, and submitting ideal candidates who meet and surpass client expectations. This role requires prior experience recruiting for skilled French-speaking roles and full fluency in French (verbal, written, and reading).Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop a dynamic portfolio of candidates and manage requisitionsIdentify, attract, screen, shortlist, interview, and evaluate suitable bilingual (French/English) candidatesTrack candidate progress and follow up on interviews and hiring status with the Account ManagerCoordinate and present offers to candidates, including but not limited to negotiation of pay rates, in both English and French as requiredHandle candidate objections by clarifying information, emphasizing benefits, and working through differences to achieve successful placementsManage, evaluate, and develop innovative sourcing plans to attract bilingual talent; build pipelines for critical and recurring roles; and provide market intelligenceProactively market bilingual MPC candidates to Account ManagersWork closely with each Account Manager to establish strong working relationships and understand client culture, needs, and pain points to facilitate successful placementsEnsure data is accurately entered and managed within the companys applicant tracking systemAttend in-person networking events, job fairs, and candidate lunches, including French-language recruitment events as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience within the recruitmentPrevious experience recruiting for skilled French-speaking rolesFull professional fluency in French (verbal, written, and reading)Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneouslyProven ability to quickly build and foster relationshipsProficient in applicant tracking systems, sales management systems, and Microsoft OfficeSpecial FactorsTravel throughout the GTHA may be requiredAvailability for candidate calls outside of normal business hoursAI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
