Were based in Walkerton, ON, with a yard in Okotoks, AB, and we service routes across Canada and the USA.The Role Were looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Dispatch, Safety, and Administration teams. This role ensures our trucks, drivers, and office stay on schedule, on budget, and in compliance. Youll provide leadership, improve efficiency, and keep communication flowing between drivers, office staff, and management.What Youll Do Lead customer service - ensuring pickups and deliveries are on time, communication is clear, and every interaction is professional, friendly, and informedManage Dispatch (Highway & Regional), Safety, and Administration teams from staffing and training to retention and daily operationsOversee schedules, compliance, and reportingSupport staff with guidance, coaching, and problem-solvingMonitor fleet utilization and drive efficiency improvementWhat Were Looking ForExperience in trucking/transportation preferredStrong leadership and organizational skillsTech-friendly and detail-focusedPositive, team-oriented attitude
