The incumbent will be responsible for ordering, coordinating transportation, receiving, coding, and entering items into our system, as well as ensuring timely distribution to the stores. The role oversees quarterly inventory counts, completes reconciliations, and produces relevant reports.Key Responsibilities:Receive incoming shipments, including new inventory as well as service and repair-related ordersPrepare, package, and ship service and repair orders to vendors in compliance with company procedures and carrier requirementsProcess, pack, and ship e-commerce orders accurately, securely, and within required timelinesReceive e-commerce returns, coordinate with service department to inspect returned merchandise, verifying condition and authenticityEnsure all outbound shipments, including e-commerce orders, vendor shipments, and inter-store transfers, are properly documented, labeled, and trackedAssist with inventory data entry, tagging, and reconciliation across in-store and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate item details and availabilityPromptly report discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or delivery issues to managementFollow established inventory control, security, safety, and quality standards at all times.Maintain and manage product inventory within Shopify, including loading new products and updating existing listingsSource, organize, and upload product imagery in line with brand standardsApply accurate Shopify product tagging to support filters, collections, and on-site navigationEnsure product details (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants) are accurate and consistentCollaborate with marketing and inventory teams to keep online listings aligned with in-store inventoryOther duties as assignedQualifications2 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, or e-commerce fulfillmentDiploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldExperience processing inbound and outbound shipments, including packing, labeling, and trackingExperience supporting inventory reconciliation across in-store and e-commerce systemsPrior experience working with high-value and luxury merchandise preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow inventory, security, and shipping proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reconciliationAbility to accurately handle, document, and secure luxury inventoryStrong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environmentThe Benefits:Professional, sophisticated environment where team members learn and grow with extensive training programs.Employee discount and other perks.Employee health benefits paid for by Raffi.In-house gourmet coffee.Join a team providing exceptional service to their discerning clientele while growing your career in the exciting world of luxury retail!Projected salary range $50,000 - $60,000.We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to support parts of our recruitment process such as application screening.
