Heres what you can expect in your role: Overall ResponsibilitiesThe Project Specialist is a key contributor within the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), supporting both project governance and project delivery execution across a portfolio of technology-enabled initiatives including various business-technology projects, SAP Continuous Improvement, and other strategic programs.This hybrid role blends PMO governance enablement with hands-on project delivery support, ensuring projects are well-structured, data-driven, and consistently executed using DTO standards, tools, and best practices.The Project Specialist enables effective delivery by supporting Project Managers, Business Leads, and the DTO with clear coordination, visibility, and reliable execution across all project tiers.Specific Key Responsibilities & DutiesProject Governance & PMO EnablementSupport DTO governance processes including project intake, scoring, gating, and documentation standardsMaintain and continuously improve project templates, checklists, and governance artifactsEnsure consistent application of DTO standards across projects, regardless of delivery tierSupport change control, decision tracking, and risk/issue escalation processesProject Delivery & CoordinationSupport project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities across active initiativesPartner with Project Managers and Business Leads to maintain high-quality project plans, RAID logs, and status updatesTrack key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and change requestsEnsure project data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all tools and reportsAssist in preparing executive-ready materials including status reports, dashboards, and summariesTooling, Reporting & Data QualityOwn and maintain Wrike project structures, including blueprints, workflows, dashboards, and reporting viewsEnsure data quality and integrity across project portfoliosSupport dashboarding and portfolio-level visibility for leadershipLeverage Wrike to enable transparency, prioritization, and decision-makingSupport transition or integration with other tools (e.g., MS Project) where required What You Bring You're a mix of curious, collaborative, and purpose-driven and ready to grow in a team that lives its values. Compensation Jamieson Wellness Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond base pay, including eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth. For this role, the posting range is $54,200 $81,300, which reflects the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
