About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing Analytics team as a Manager, Marketing Data Analytics based in Toronto, Canada. The Mgr-Marketing Analytics role will leverage data and analytics to drive the transformation of one of the largest QSR brands in the world. Reporting into the Canadian Analytics team, our goal is to use both data and strategic thinking to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and drive overall performance. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a natural curiosity to learn, and loves to collaborate to creatively solve problems with data. Responsibilities Partner with marketing team to evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights that explain performance including guest, menu and channel dynamics Create forecasts and define and track KPIs to measure results in alignment with business growth targets Translate analytics into evidence-based recommendations that inform broader marketing strategies, including support for market tests and business cases. Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools to empower others to actionable insights, and streamline reporting processes to enable capacity for deeper strategic analyses Mentor colleagues and elevate the organization's analytics capabilities by embedding data-driven decision-making across all marketing functions Collaborate with Global partners to share best practices and learnings Ad-hoc decision-support for Head of Marketing, as required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field. Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Analytics or Business Insights roles in Food Service, CPG, Retail, or other consumer-facing industries. Strong business and data analytics acumen with a proven ability to simplify complex numbers into clear business outcomes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced ability in SQL and Excel are required; proficiency with BI tools like Alteryx and Tableau, as well as statistical programs like R and Python are considered an asset Language requirements: Fluent in English any additional language a plus.
