Job Description

Overview A reporting analyst in a mega project dynamically working with cost control, schedule control, accounting and finance planning. Reporting to Monark project control manager, the reporting analyst will be responsible to set up and manage various project dashboard, metrics and KPI reports, together with ad hoc support to cost control scopes. Responsibilities Manage project cost accounts and charging codes; establish and maintain WBS in operational systems. Produce timely and accurate cost, earned value, and schedule reports from the project controls system. Provide input to client reporting as per contract requirements, or support input to alliance reporting per contract requirements. Collaborate with project leads and engineering directors for reporting inputs and regular dashboard updates. Design and automate analyses for cost and schedule deviations, including rate adjustments and variance reviews. Design and automate reconciliation processes between Oracle data, procurement systems, and the cost control system. Support monthend close activities for the cost control team. About You B's degree required; Mathematics or Computer Science preferred. Minimum 3 years of reporting analysis experience, ideally within EPC projects. Advanced MS Office skills with expertlevel Power Query and Power BI; Python preferred. Working knowledge of financial processes in construction/engineering is an asset; familiarity with Primavera P6, Oracle 12, power plant or CANDU technology is beneficial. Strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills; teamoriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in fastpaced environments.
