Bilingual Mortgage Administrator Remote Advance your career in the insurance and financial services industry through a fully remote contract opportunity based in Ontario. This role focuses on managing complex mortgage discharge processes, providing client -centered support, and ensuring high -quality service within a dynamic, high -volume environment. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities: Efficiently process intricate discharge requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements. Navigate and resolve complex situations, influencing decisions to meet or exceed expectations. Collaborate closely with customers, advisors, lawyers, and notaries to meet urgent deadlines. Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via phone or email. Deliver exceptional service while fostering strong internal relationships across departments. Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and client service processes. Manage escalated complaint investigations with professionalism. Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation standards. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes using internal systems. What you will need to succeed: Bachelor''s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred. Bilingual in English and to support clients in both languages, as the role involves direct communication with clients, legal professionals, and internal teams across Canada. 1 year of experience in mortgages, banking, or financial services, particularly with mortgage discharge processes. Knowledge of residential mortgage products and documentation requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple banking systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to support clients, advisors, and legal professionals. High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Capable of working in a fast -paced, high -volume environment while meeting strict deadlines. Excellent communication, problem -solving, and organizational skills.
