Oversee all site activities and trade contractors. Document daily progress, changes, and issues via email, Procore, SiteDocs, and/or the Site Logbook. Actively manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion. Uphold quality standards. Ensure material orders and labour availability are properly coordinated. Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism. Liaise with inspection authorities to ensure full permit compliance. Read and interpret architectural drawings accurately. Project Coordination & Technical Support Work closely with Project and Design Teams to manage schedules, procurement, and trade contractors. Proactively troubleshoot site issues, including design-related challenges. Negotiate contract changes with trade partners and communicate all changes to the Project Manager verbally and in writing. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum. Health & Safety Leadership Advocate and be a role model for the Health & Safety Program Complete hazard assessments, supervisor logs, site inspections, and toolbox talks as required. Ensure all near-miss incidents are reported promptly. Promote a strong, positive safety culture on site. Additional Duties Attend and participate in all site meetings. Gather and provide information for monthly client Project Status Reports. Conduct quality-control activities and inspection programs aligned with Sealand''s standards. Skills & Experience Required 10 years of field construction experience. Minimum 5 years in a site supervisory role. Construction-related degree or diploma considered an asset. Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project delivery sequencing. Extensive experience with: Procore SiteDocs Microsoft Project Microsoft Outlook High level of comfort with computers and mobile apps. Physically able to work on your feet for 810 hours per day. Ability to travel extensively throughout the Maritimes. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Valid driver''s license
