Direct Support Professional(DSP)employeeswork with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully inthecommunity.Direct Support Professionals recognizepeople''s rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, andtheysupport people to learn skills for their own growth and development. Permanent, part-time position in Windsor// Flex Rotation, minimum 32hrs bi-weekly, Shifts may include days, afternoons, occasional night shifts and minimum 2 weekends a month.
