We are cannabis educators, sharing our passion and acquired knowledge with every customer. We are looking for a customer service focused Full Time Keyholder to join our team in Langford. Principle Duties/Responsibilities: Promote a customer service focused environment. Drive sales while maintaining the highest level of customer experience Maintain the highest level of product knowledge Educate customers on FARM''s range of products Defuse difficult situations and handling difficult customers with many issues, challenges, or barriers. Point of Sale (POS), cash handling, and card payment services. Understanding and compliance to the FARM''s Policies & Procedures Strong understanding of the industry regulatory environment and that FARM and customers must comply with. Strong understanding of the operations across all departments necessary for efficient customer service. Ensure the store is maintained to the required standards of customer experience Opening and closing procedures Other duties as required. Qualifications and Skills: Strong customer service skills Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills Works well in high volume, retail environment Able to work independently as well as a member of a team Strong cannabis knowledge preferred Selling it Right Certificate mandatory. Terms of Employment: Must be able to work a variety of night/weekend shifts when required Must be willing to cover shifts on short notice Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor
